It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing UWEMAIL@uwwinkel.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

In addition it's also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform

At KIIP we regard high service as the most imporant aspect of our business. That is why we constantly have the needs and wishes of our customers in mind. Yet it can happen that you are not satisfied about something. We like to know what that is. If you file a complaint we will try to fix the problem. On top of that: your complaint helps us improve our service to reach even higher standards.
